Connected to the Delco Cat Scene

We’re not just serving the area—we’re part of it. Our heart is with Delaware County and the amazing cat lovers, pet parents, and animal advocates who call it home. We’re proud supporters of these wonderful local rescues and organizations:

Forgotten Cats Inc.

A regional organization focused on humanely reducing the homeless cat population through trap, neuter, and return. They work directly with colony caretakers to sterilize and vaccinate community cats, and they are the group we point to when someone asks what to do about the cats living behind their building.

Animal Coalition of Delaware County and The Cat Nook Cafe

A local rescue and adoption cafe where you can book time in the cat lounge, attend events, or just have coffee. Every cat you meet there is adoptable. We foster through ACDC and volunteer at the cafe, so this one is close to home for us.

Lauren’s Lost Cats

An all-volunteer nonprofit serving the Greater Philadelphia area, founded in Havertown in 2022 and funded entirely by private donations. If your cat goes missing, this is the group to call. Their work with lost and abandoned cats is the kind of resource you hope you never need and are grateful exists.

The Spayed Club Veterinary Clinic

A nonprofit clinic offering low-cost spay and neuter packages, vaccines, and primary care to the Philadelphia area and beyond. We take our own fosters here and the rescues we work with rely on them. A genuinely good option for anyone who needs affordable care or is trying to get a community cat fixed.

Forgotten Cats

A regional organization focused on humanely reducing the homeless cat population through trap, neuter, and return. They work directly with colony caretakers to sterilize and vaccinate community cats, and they are the group we point to when someone asks what to do about the cats living behind their building.

From rescuing shy kitties to helping foster families, our involvement in the rescue world is what fuels our compassionate, tailored approach—especially when caring for cats who need a little extra patience and understanding.

Local Vets We Love

We believe a good relationship with a trusted vet is a key part of great pet care. Here are a few local practices we’ve worked with and happily recommend:

All Pets Vet Hospital

Dr. Bowers is a longtime favorite of ours and an endorser of our services. She works across traditional, non-traditional, and emergency medicine, treating cats, birds, small exotics, and reptiles, which makes All Pets a strong option for households with more than one kind of critter. A UPenn veterinary graduate, with a team we know well and trust completely.

Lansdowne Animal Hospital

Serving Lansdowne and the surrounding area since 1953. We transport a client here regularly and have consistently found the staff welcoming and easy to work with. A solid general practice choice for the western end of our service area.

Stoney Creek Veterinary Hospital

Full-service care with Monday through Saturday availability, which makes them a practical option when a weekend appointment is the only one that fits. Their team includes staff active in local rescue work, which tells you something about the culture there.

Just For Cats

Delaware County’s original cat-only hospital, caring for local felines since 1999. Dr. Lerner and her team practice in a space built entirely around cats, which makes a real difference for patients who find a mixed waiting room stressful. A frequent recommendation for our shy and senior clients.

The Cat Hospital of Media

A cats-only practice serving Media and the surrounding communities. A calm, single-species environment is worth a great deal for cats who find a mixed waiting room stressful, and several of our clients trust them with their cats’ care.

As we grow, we look forward to connecting with even more animal-loving professionals and businesses in the area. Got a great vet or rescue to recommend? We’d love to hear about them!
